Our Mission
Community Power is here to help transform lives by bringing people and services together in new and meaningful ways. From health and housing to justice and inclusion, we support communities to lead the way. We strengthen local charities and organisations, connect people to a sense of purpose, and design practical, scalable models. We help the community thorugh our projects like Lee’s Place and the new Community Health Hub, that tackle some of Herefordshire’s biggest social and health challenges.
